About 6 minutes. Most machines cost 1 token per person - only our two most intense machines, Thunder Knight and the 360-VR, cost 2 tokens.

You buy tokens and spend them on the machines. For a spontaneous visit there are daily tokens: STARTER 2 tokens for €9.90, GAMER 3 tokens for €14.50 and POPULAR 4 tokens for €18.90.

Daily tokens are small packs for trying things out during your visit. Token packages hold more tokens, cost less per game, and come as a gift card valid for 3 years.

MINI PACK: 8 tokens, €35.90 instead of €44. FAMILY PACK: 10 tokens + 2 free, €49.90 instead of €77. MEGA PACK: 20 tokens + 5 free, €99.90 instead of €137.50. On top of that there is our VIP birthday package with 52 tokens for €199.90.

When you buy a token package you get a high-quality physical card with your tokens on it. Use them on any game, any time - valid for a full 3 years. For now you can buy and top up these cards only here in the shop.

We don't have one. Our sessions are short and available on the spot, so you can come in, look around and decide there.

Yes - for kids, teens and adults. Our 4-seat VR cinema is perfect for families. We recommend ages 8 and up, but it's your call.

Yes. We're happy to put together a custom package for school groups, companies and larger parties. Email office@playvr.at.

Up to 19 at once. The venue holds more guests - anyone waiting can sit down and use our free WiFi.

Motion sickness (kinetosis) can happen on a first VR experience. Our sessions are short, so it's rare.

For birthdays we recommend our VIP package: 52 tokens for €199.90. From around 10 guests it covers everyone, so every child can play whatever they like. For smaller groups the FAMILY or MEGA pack usually fits.

In the Auhof Center car park. You'll find us on the 2nd floor next to Tigers World, just a few steps from the parking level.

We don't serve food in the venue, but the Auhof Center has several restaurants only a few steps away. For groups and birthdays we're happy to book a table in advance - just reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Your tokens, all equipment, disinfection between rides, and support from our team including the briefing and help getting in and out. Plus free WiFi and a seating area while you wait. There are no entry fees or extra charges.
