A user is anyone who uses our attractions.

By entering the facility, you accept these rules.
2. Conduct 🤝

Please behave carefully, respectfully, and kindly.

No endangering others, no damage to property, maintain cleanliness.

No alcohol, drugs, or consciousness-altering medication.

No food, drinks, or chewing gum inside the facility.

Smoking is prohibited everywhere.

Follow our team’s instructions.
3. First Aid 🚑

Report accidents immediately.

After an accident, an attraction may only be used again once our team has released it.
4. Opening Hours ⏰

Use only during designated hours.

Please leave the facility at closing time.
5. Footwear 👟

Barefoot use is prohibited; sturdy shoes are required.
6. Instructions 📏

Use attractions only as explained.

Failure to follow instructions may result in exclusion without refund.

Attractions may be closed for maintenance or emergencies.
7. Supervision 🧑👧

Adults (18+) are responsible for children or persons requiring supervision.

Minors may only use attractions when accompanied by a guardian.

Our team does not assume supervisory duties.
8. Rider Rules, Age & Weight Limits 🎢

Not permitted: children under 4 years, height under 1.20 m or over 2.00 m, persons with health issues (e.g., heart, back, blood pressure), pregnant persons, or anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

Persons with disabilities or prosthetics must be accompanied.
9. Conduct During Rides 📵

During the ride: remain seated, keep safety belts fastened.

No loose items; please remove jewelry, phones, belts, bags, etc. beforehand.

We are not liable for lost valuables.
10. Forgotten & Lost Items 🧳

Forgotten and lost items are stored for one month (perishable items will be disposed of immediately).
